Justin M. Jackson is a native Texan who obtained his law degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law, graduating magna cum laude (top 3 percent of his class). In 2008, he opened the Jackson Law Firm.
Mr. Jackson was selected for inclusion in the 2012, 2014 and 2015 “Rising Star” by Superlawyers, a Thomson Reuters service. Their selection process is outlined here. No more than 2.5% of the total lawyers in Texas are listed as “Rising Stars.
In his spare time, Mr. Jackson participates in triathlons, in local basketball leagues and in church activities.

Cara Leann Surell is a native Texan, spending her childhood in North East Texas, particularly Atlanta, Texas where she graduated from Atlanta High School. Mrs. Surell received her undergraduate degree from The University of Texas in Austin and obtained her law degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law.

Evan S. Harlow grew up in the Austin area and graduated from Pflugerville High School. He kept his Texas roots as he studied higher learning. He earned his Bachelor of Public Administration at Texas State University – San Marcos, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He obtained his Master of Public Service and Administration at Texas A&M University, also graduating Magna Cum Laude. Finally, he received his law degree from the University of Houston Law Center.
Evan is married with a daughter and son. He enjoys spending time supporting his children in football, baseball, softball, and gymnastics. And when not busy with sports he loves to go camping and hunting. He also serves in his church as a Cub Scout leader.

James C. Twine born in Texas, and lived in New Jersey during his elementary school years. Ultimately he moved back to Texas and grew up in the Cedar Park area. After graduating from Leander High School, Mr. Twine obtained his Bachelor’s Degree from Texas A&M University. Mr. Twine returned to the Leander/Cedar Park area and worked for the Williamson County District Clerk’s Office in Georgetown, Texas. Eventually, Mr. Twine became an office assistant in Williamson County Court at Law #2. During this time, Mr. Twine attended Texas State University, and obtained a Master of Public Administration degree with an emphasis in Judicial and Legal Administration.
